At Vakvak, we respect your workspace. We believe that your thoughts, notes, and tasks belong to you. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app.

2. Information We Collect

We only collect what is necessary to make the app work for you:

• Account Information: If you create an account, we collect your email address and username to secure your workspace.
• Workspace Data: The tasks, notes, and goals you create. For our free Duckling users on mobile, this data may be stored locally on your device depending on your sync preferences.
• Usage Analytics: Anonymous, aggregated data on how users interact with features (like Campfire sessions) to help us improve the app.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data strictly to provide and improve the Vakvak experience. We do not sell your personal information or workspace data to third-party advertisers. Your pond is a private sanctuary.

4. Data Storage and Security

We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data in transit and at rest. If you are on a Resident (Pro) plan, your data is securely synced to our cloud servers so you can access it across multiple devices.

5. Your Rights

You have full control over your data. You can export your tasks and notes at any time, or permanently delete your account and all associated data from your profile settings.
