Vakvak is a personal productivity and workspace application providing task management, note-taking, and focus session tools. We are constantly improving the Service and may add, alter, or remove features over time.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for your use of the Service and any content you provide. You agree not to use the Service to:

• Store or transmit illegal, abusive, or harmful content.
• Interfere with or disrupt the security of the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

We offer a free "Duckling" tier for mobile devices (local storage, no account required) and a paid "Resident" tier that unlocks online services, cloud sync, and full web access. If you choose to upgrade to the Resident tier, you agree to pay the stated subscription fees. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and can be canceled at any time.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties.

6. Limitation of Liability

Vakvak is provided "as is". While we strive for absolute reliability, we are not liable for any loss of data, missed tasks, or damages arising from your use of the Service.
